Twin Lakes Environmental Services, LLC, specializes in writing Manure Management Plans (MMP) and Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans (CNMP) to ensure environmentally sound agriculture practices and manure application in compliance with all state regulations.
Our staff will work with you one on one to assure that your plan works for your site and that you understand it. Our goal is to help producers create plans based on nitrogen and/or phosphorus in compliance with regulations that will work to the best benefit of their farming operation.
Twin Lakes Environmental Services, LLC, has been assisting producers with manure management plans for over 5 years. Our staff is knowledgeable in state and federal regulations. We have built solid, trusting, working relationships with DNR offices and field staff across the State of Iowa. We will work as a liaison for your livestock operation when it comes to working with the state and federal agencies.
We offer assistance with: Manure management plan development to include RUSLE2 and the Phosphorus index, Nutrient Management Plans, Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans, Pre siting consultations and mapping, New construction, Expansion, Pre construction site inspections, Matrix calculations, NPDES/Storm Water Permits, Spreading records, DNR site inspections, Manure Applications, DNR required monitoring, Other services as may be required or requested.
